Security First Services Operates a 24 hour manned control room, which manages the daily operations and is equipped to assist new business requirements at any time, as well as see to any crisis situation that may arise.

We carry a 30 per cent slack to cover illness, blowouts and annual leave, and we have a continuous recruitment system, which means we can always assist new or existing contracts.

Security First Services operates a fortnightly automatic guard scheduling system which provide both the client and company employees advanced notice of the subsequent week’s timetable.
